Mera Investment Management was founded in 2019 alongside a UK HNW family office to exclusively originated and manage a portfolio of real estate credit and equity investments.

The company now has multiple private investors and global institutions who access our unique opportunities and build balanced portfolios of asset backed credit investments.

We take a comprehensive approach to the investment lifecycle and manage all aspects in-house.

From origination to underwriting, execution and portfolio monitoring, we maintain a diligent and thorough process to ensure the success of our investments.

Opting for quality over quantity means our monitoring team have the time to closely manage every detail.

Origination

Credit opportunities are sourced by the Origination team from a range of borrowers, advisors, brokers and surveyors. Less than 5% of opportunities reviewed are taken forward to the Underwriting team.

Underwriting

The Credit & Capital team thoroughly underwrite every transaction before it is presented to our co-investors. Our management, shareholder or company always invest in every opportunity.

Investment Management

All investments are closely managed and monitored in-house. The are discussed daily by the team and reviewed weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Exit

We ensure there is clear communication with our investors in the period leading up to a redemption. Investor funds are repaid on repayment of the loan.

Our investment philosophy is simple - we undertake thorough due diligence every time, search for downside protection and have a commitment to capital protection.

Real Estate Debt

Senior real estate loans with downside protection and fixed returns between 8% - 12% p.a

Real Estate Equity

Equity investment opportunities with net returns between 15-20% p.a
