The company's track record and reputation has grown and it now operates with multiple co-investors.

From origination to underwriting, execution and portfolio monitoring, we maintain a diligent and thorough process to ensure the success of our credit investments.

Opting for quality over quantity means our team manage only a small number of transactions at any one time leaving them time to closely monitor every detail.

Origination

Credit opportunities are sourced by the Origination team from a range of borrowers, advisors, brokers and surveyors. Less than 5% of opportunities reviewed are taken forward to the Underwriting team.

Underwriting

The Credit & Capital team thoroughly underwrite every transaction before it is presented to our co-investors. Our management, shareholder or company always invest in every opportunity.

Investment Management

All investments are closely managed and monitored in-house. The are discussed daily by the team and reviewed weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Exit

We ensure there is clear communication with our investors in the period leading up to a redemption. Investor funds are repaid on repayment of the loan.

The team work collaboratively with both professional and institutional investors to deliver their short and long term financial goals. By building long term relationships with our investors, we are able to hand select appropriate opportunities to suit their requirements.

Our investment philosophy is simple - we undertake thorough due diligence every time, search for downside protection and have a commitment to capital protection.  

Senior loans are generally protected from value declines of between 25-30% and our preferred equity investments are deployed against high quality assets with value-add potential.
