We provide senior debt facilities between £1m-£100m, up to 75% LTV and secured against high quality residential, commercial and alternative assets.

Being founded by a team with a background in family offices means we're all about providing a personal approach to our clients.
In addition, we will always only undertake a small number of transactions at any one time, allowing the team to focus and execute each financing in a timely manner.

Our loans are utilised for projects in the residential, commercial and alternative real estate sectors such as self storage and parking.
This tight sector focus ensures the team maintain a deep understanding of these specialist markets and allows us to underwrite complex financings at speed.

£1,000,000 to £100,000,000
LTV: 75% (Residential) or 65% (Commercial) of the lower of the market value or the purchase price of the property.
LTC: Up to 90% of the total project costs
Term: 6 - 36 months
(interest must be serviced after 24 months)
Locations: Prime central London and across the UK, core regional cities, strong commuter towns, and key growth areas across England and Wales. Core assets in Jersey and Isle of Man are considered
Purpose: Acquisition, repositioning, holding and sales periods
Exclusions: No heavy development or planning risk
