Typically used for single asset or portfolio acquisitions, refurbishments, stabilisation periods or refinancing

Stretch Senior Lending

£2,000,000 - £50,000,000
Up to 75% LTV
Utilised when higher leverages are required to minimise equity contributions.

Preferred Equity

£500,000 - £5,000,000
Up to 90% of equity requirement
Commercial value-add, residential development and special situations

Submit your application

Submit a request for funding directly with the team, providing details of the asset, track record and business plan.

We review your application

We will review the details you have provided as part of the application against our Lending Criteria.
At this stage we will also arrange meetings to view the asset and get to know the people involved.

Heads of Terms

If the request for funding passes our initial screening process, then we will issue our indicative terms.

Due Diligence

Once terms are agreed then we will issue legal documentation and begin the detailed due diligence process.

Funding Ready

The funding will be ready once all of our checks have been completed and the lawyers have finalised the documentation.
