MERA was established in 2019 and is run by a close-knit senior team who previously built one of the UK's most successful private real estate lending departments, deploying over £1bn of capital together at a large family office.
Our drive and experience matters, and we continue to approach each capital requirement with flexibility and speed, unlocking complex situations with structured capital.
