Mera Investment Management was founded in 2019 to originate and manage real estate private credit investments exclusively for a large UK single family office.

The family office become a shareholder in the business alongside our dedicated senior management team in 2023 and this partnership provides the company with the flexibility to invest and finance a wide range of credit opportunities.

Mera now has multiple co-investors including HNWIs, family offices and global financial institutions. Relationships that are built on trust, experience and performance.

Our lending products include Senior, Stretch Senior, Mezzanine and Preferred Equity, with further details below.

Senior Lending

  • £1,000,000 to £50,000,000
  • Up to 65% LTV
  • Typically used for asset acquisitions, stabilisation periods or refinancing

Stretch Senior Lending

  • £1,000,000 to £50,000,000
  • Up to 75% LTV
  • Utilised when higher leverages are required to minimise equity contributions.

Mezzanine Finance

  • £1,000,000 to £5,000,000
  • Up to 80% LTV
  • Financing new acquisitions, stabilising assets or sales periods

Preferred Equity

  • £1,000,000 to £5,000,000
  • Up to 90% of equity requirement
  • Commercial value-add, residential development and asset turnaround
