We currently have two active investment strategies; Real Estate Debt and Real Estate Equity.
The strategies focus on opportunities where we can deploy £2,000,000 to £30,000,000 of funding into high quality residential, commercial and alternative real estate assets.

We are driven by the needs of each requirement, and perform detailed and diligent underwriting on every opportunity.
We have two active deployment strategies which allows the company to provide funding across the capital stack; financing quality assets and transacting with seasoned counterparties.
Real Estate Debt
Mera IM issues Senior and Mezzanine loans secured against a range of real estate asset classes. Our team take a flexible approach, assess each requirement with detailed credit analysis and strive for quality over quantity.
We focus on deploying loans between £2,000,000 - £30,000,000 and to create long-term and supportive relationships with our borrowers and partners.
We undertake thorough due diligence, search for downside protection and have a commitment to capital protection on every occasion.
All loans are actively managed in-house from origination right through to redemption.
Real Estate Equity
Mera IM’s equity strategy is focussed on the deployment of our private capital as Preferred Equity into a small number of developments and investments in the UK. We consider a wide range of proposals, including single or portfolio acquisitions, residential developments, refurbishments and asset stabilisations.
Our investment philosophy is to invest funds alongside partners who are well capitalised, known to the team, have an exemplary track record and are specialists in their chosen sector.
We can deploy between £500,000 to £5,000,000 per opportunity, with a particular emphasis on well-established or growth locations in England. We maintain a flexible approach to structuring and consider most asset types.
