LTV: Up to 75% (Residential) or 70% (Non-Residential)
LTC: Up to 90% of the total project costs
Term: 6 - 36 months
Locations: Prime central London and across the UK, core regional cities, strong commuter towns, and key growth areas across England and Wales. Core assets in Jersey and Isle of Man are considered.
Purpose: Acquisition, refurbishment, turnaround and holding of UK real estate. Also utilised for the acquisition or funding of performing or non-perfoming loan books.
Exclusions: No heavy development or planning risk.
