Current Roles:

Finance Manager

Reporting

·        Board Reporting - compile and present comprehensive reports on a quarterly basis for the performance of the loan book and the business against agreed metrics and KPIs.

·        Loan Investor Reporting – quarterly and ad hoc reporting to multiple investors on the performance the loans.

·        Loan Management Reporting – prepare and provide regular information to the senior management regarding the performance of the drawn loan portfolio.

·        Management Reporting – prepare and provide monthly management accounts, including P&L and balance sheet for the CEO. Track and report revenue and expenditure against budget with variance analysis.

 Financial Operations

·        Execute monthly payments, conduct bank reconciliation, and maintain bookkeeping using Xero.

·        Execute payments to governing bodies including HMRC, FCA and ICO.

·        Manage the company’s cash flow and working capital, anticipating short and long-term liquidity needs over a 3 year period.

·        Calculate and execute investor distributions.

·        Seek financial efficiencies within the business.

·        Supervise third-party payroll, expenses, and pensions systems.

·        Manage existing and new banking relationships.

 Credit Line Management

·        Manage new and existing credit lines with 3rd party funders, ensuring adherence to covenants and providing the CEO with regular insights into the facilities.

 Loan Portfolio Management

·        Manage the drawn loan portfolio information, checking covenants, days past due and issuing statements to borrowers. Responsible for the introduction of a loan management system.

 Year-End Reporting and Accounting

·        Coordinate the year-end accounting with external accountants.

·        Prepare and submit compliance reports to HMRC, FCA and ICO.

 Operational Duties

·        Manage the company’s third-party company secretary.

·        Manage insurances and material contracts.
